The cozy Barn living area features a woodstove, 52-inch TV, leather loveseat, Adirondack chairs, and large Ralph Lauren rug. Dinning can be set up on the 9-foot-long farmhouse table with seating for 8. The stage features a newly reconditioned Yamaha 6’ 1” baby grand piano, an 83-inch TV above the stage, tied with Bluetooth into the iMac Computer system, professional sound and lighting systems, including a 24 channel Allen and Heath mixer. Plenty of microphones and headphones are available. We can record any sound now, but will be adding video recording in the not-to-distant future.
The large kitchen features GE appliances, including a dishwasher and gas range and oven. Granite countertops and alder wood cabinetry make a distinctive, but functional look. There is counter seating featuring two cool swivel chairs. The upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds and full view of the sound stage. The bathroom is easily accessible and has a low entrance shower with adjustable and movable showerhead. Kitchen and bathroom feature custom light fixtures from Mexico City.
Pricing is going to depend on your use. You can rent the facility on an hourly or daily basis for seminars, lectures, rehearsals, musical practice sessions or recording. We can add recording engineers, catering, and anything you need to make this an exceptional place for your use. Or you can rent the space as living quarters for a minimum of 2 nights up to two weeks. Prices will vary based on your length of stay and the time of year.
